help needed with the code

Hello,
I have been using the sandbox to test the code I placed on our site.
I am using MagentoGo so I don't really have access to our systems variables. I tried having a look at one of our transactional emails in source code to see if I could pick out the relevant bits but it's not working. How can I find out what to put where and should the $ symbol be included.. basically I want to know what am I looking for?
By the way it would be great if you integrated with Magento Go. It is not possible to edit any html of MagentoGo. I found a work around through, which is obviously working as the events are being logged (albeit ignored)
I am also wondering about currency. Our site is based in euro but customers can also pay in GBP£ or USD$. Should I / can I change the currency to Euro in Zferral... and is that why nothing is working for me?

The code I tried is:

It is embedded in the main area of our shopping cart success page with a 'static block' via a 'frontend app'

It seems that despite Zferral being a great solution, I can't get to integrate with my Magento Go Site. Thanks for the free trial but I would like to cancel it know.
