Campaigns Overview
Campaigns are the focus of your incentive program; they define what actions you want to happen & the commission you will pay for those actions. There are two chief components: (i) Events; and (ii) Commissions.
Who creates the Campaigns?
- The company who has the zferral account creates campaigns to measure actions and award commissions.
What is a Campaign?
- A campaign is the combination of an event + commission structure. An example of a campaign would be "for each referred sale, earn a 25% commission." The sale is the event; the commission is 25% of the sale.
Where do I create the Campaign?
- You create the campaigns on the campaign tab and then click add.
When should I create Campaigns?
- You should create a campaign soon after you sign up for zferral. Don't worry, we have a reminder on your dashboard. In order to have fans, advocates and resellers promoting your product, you will need to have a campaign in place. You can create multiple campaigns in order to achieve various objectives.
Why do I need to determine multiple Campaigns?
- You don't. However, many companies choose to create campaigns which provide rewards for different events. For example, a company may reward a 25% commission for a referred sale and a $5 commission for a new registered user.
